for example:

Windows to Linux:

scp -P27000 test.txt jain.himanshu@10.70.13.79:

Linux to Win:

scp -P 27000 jain.himanshu@10.70.13.79:test.txt .

NOTE: I have used git bash to transfer from my linux home.
